- Ludlow Civic Society – The Civic Society share many of Ludlow 21’s values and concerns and work closely with us especially on local planning matters. Promotes and encourages the highest standards of architecture and planning. Stimulates interest in the care, beauty, character and history of our special town. Conserves and protects the features and buildings of the town from adverse development. Acts as a co-ordinator and consultative body by liaising with local authorities, planning committees etc in pursuit of the Society’s objectives. Offers a programme of events and lectures intended to enhance appreciation of the history, geography, and architecture of the town and its surroundings.

Campaign for a sustainable future for the English countryside, a vital but undervalued environmental, economic and social asset to the nation. Highlight threats and promote positive solutions.
